OFFICE

CADLER office was born with the purpose of bringing together expertise in prefabricated architecture, interior design, engineering, and comprehensive adaptive-reuse renovation works. With over 25 years of experience in architectural & interior design, we nimbly navigate each step of the building’s design and execution: from the conceptual framework uniquely inspired by each client, to thoughtful, agile and tenacious project management, through to the final construction & delivery.

CADLER philosophy is based on three fundamental pillars: industrialization, construction efficiency and sustainability. By integrating structured execution and advanced building methods prioritising renewable materials like laminated wood and prefabricated components, we strive to deliver projects that are timeless & sustainable with consistent delivery.

ADEL NGAN
Creative Director

CHRISTY SEE
Founding Director

Adeline Ngan & Christy See are the founding directors of CADLER. Their portfolio includes residential & commercial projects currently in development throughout Malaysia & abroad.

Their projects are the outcome of an equation combining program, location, legislation, budget and deadline, it is from the client that they draw the necessary inspiration to – on a symbolic, while not less important dimension – imprint an identity to the project, whether a house, a boutique cafe, a hotel, a hospital, or even the interiors of an apartment.

Adel Ngan founded CADLER with the belief that meaningful spaces come from balance - where material, light and proportion work in quiet harmony. Her work is artful, while remaining natural and effortless in lived experience. Over the past 25 years, she has built a reputation for high-end residential, boutique hospitality, adaptive reuse, offices and hotel interior-architecture projects. She holds a degree in Interior design from Limkokwing Institute of Creative Technology (LICT) & Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology RMIT (Melbourne). Her work is rooted in the belief that each project should be shaped by intention and understanding, delivering spaces that should be practical and responsible to its urban context. In her free time, she explores form and function through ceramics & stained-glass design.

Christy See brings a global perspective and a passion for architecture to her work at CADLER. Prior to founding CADLER, she has experience in numerous luxury residential projects, mixed-use buildings, adaptive reuse, factory development, as well as construction coordination for federal government projects like the East Coast Rail Link project (ECRL) with stations, office buildings and ancillary buildings across Malaysia. She is closely involved in the design and construction of CADLER projects, balancing innovative solutions with a clear respect for client budgets. She is a graduate of architecture from Monash University (Melbourne). Alongside CADLER team, she continues to push the boundaries of construction by integrating advanced technologies and innovative construction methods to deliver architecture that is both efficient and sustainable.
