Founded by architects & interior designers, Cadler evolved from first-hand experience of shortcomings in the current design and construction process. Currently, it’s challenging to build great buildings; that are well-crafted, sustainable and healthy to live in. From soaring prices to opaque processes, building great buildings has become significantly harder over time.

As a group, we became frustrated observing how technology was improving efficiencies for many other industries, meanwhile, the construction industry was seemingly becoming slower and less efficient. We began exploring different methods of prefabrication, like SIPs and CLT. While these products achieved great outcomes, the process of design and delivery resulted in more complications than traditional building. Seeing no option that improved both building products and processes, we decided to create the solution ourselves.

Our extensive background in the construction industry as architects and interior designers provides us with a genuine understanding of our clients' needs and expectations. That's why we've developed a seamless process to ensure a smooth building experience. From concepts to thoughtful, agile and tenacious project management, through to the final construction & delivery, we manage every step of the process for you.

Our manufacturing facilities provide the infrastructure to efficiently build projects to varying scales and complexities. This allows us to expertly manage a wide range of projects from spacious family homes to large-scale commercial developments.
